Welcome to The Female Intuition. I’m Jade,
an anxiety therapist and mindset coach, but more importantly someone
who’s been exactly where you are now!
I always say change your mindset, change your life. I’m a firm believer that everyone deserves to be happy and shouldn’t have to live a life feeling any other way. Life is busy and we can be faced with lots of challenges and sometimes we lose control of our emotions and feel real heightened levels that take over!
I’ve been there the woman who is trying to juggle everything and just ended up feeling overwhelmed and not good enough. But I need to tell you something whatever it is you are dealing with you are not alone, other people are going through things just like this and feeling the same way. The best bit? You don’t have to feel this way and I am living proof that you can turn your life around.
I need you to know that anxiety is not a syndrome or a mental health issue. I hate words like that. It’s an emotion and it only becomes a problem for us when it becomes a heightened emotion. Finding ways to rebalance, reframe and refocus those emotions is what helped me to overcome my anxiety.
Now it’s my passion to help women find their own way to do just that, using techniques that worked for me!

I know how it can feel, being overwhelmed, over analysing every little thing and not knowing how to change it, but you can. Trust me. There is always a way forwards. That’s why I launched The Female Intuition.

Everything I do revolves around you. And what you need. No two minds are the same, so I always take the time to get to know my clients, and understand what will work for you through a fifteen minute discovery call followed by an introductory session. From there, I’ll get a picture of the key issue that’s holding you back, and an understanding of how your mind works. So, if we decide to work together we know exactly what we want to achieve and the techniques we will use to get there.

Someone who’s tried a lot of different ways to change my mindset. So what’s key for me is to build that trust with you. I always do my best to create an environment where you feel open and comfortable to make a change. I’ll put you at ease and use language, which feels familiar to you and your subconscious mind, because that’s the part of your mind that contains your beliefs and we need to upgrade those existing patterns of behaviour and evolve them.
I’ve been a teacher, a children’s yoga instructor and I’ve worked in marketing. But what I am really passionate about is helping people. I love it! There is no better feeling than seeing my clients transformations as they evolve their mindset and finally think, feel and behave the way they want to become the best versions of themselves!
